How do I make a payment?
Simply follow the prompts as you go:
- Click the “Book’ button to visit the store.
- Select your package
- Select either ‘Pay Total’ or Pay Deposit’
- Fill in your personal billing details
- Choose Payment option
- Place Order
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your payment has been successfully processed
What are the payment options?
- Credit / Debit Card Payment
- Via Paypal (Paypal window opens, sign in, confirm payment.
- **EU ONLY ** If you are inside the SEPA zone (the 27 EU countries, plus Norway & Switzerland), you can pay by Direct Bank Transfer. Please do not use this method unless we have discussed it with you.
Do I pay a deposit or total amount?
You can pay either the deposit, or you may prefer to get it all out of the way, by paying the full amount now. Your trip is not reserved until one or other of these payments is received.
If you only pay the deposit, a reminder email will be sent as the deadline for full payment approaches. Click the link in the email to return directly to the checkout again, and pay the balance.
Please Note: you are responsible for settling your full balance within time. Any outstanding balance must be paid no later than 90 days before your arrival date. If you fail to pay the balance before the deadline, you risk losing your place, if demand is high. Unfortunately, due to the extensive preparation work required, deposits are non-refundable.

Yes, all our payment options are 100% secure, and are no differently to to all online payment systems. They are processed directly by financial payment technology used by PayPal, banks & Card Companies across the world.
